Colorado Coalition for the Homeless: Colorado Coalition for the Homeless
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless creates lasting solutions to homelessness. CCH advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. Those interested in this site will include philanthropists hoping to donate gift contributions, volunteers, and political advocates. Those seeking careers and employment, including in the health profession, will also be interested. The website will also assist people to find homeless resources and services. Services we offer include the Stout Street Clinic, which offers free healthcare and psychological mental health programs, Renaissance housing and Renaissance Children's Center, and rural statewide programs. We do political advocacy, fighting for the rights of those without a home. Other programs include community outreach, family support services, education and advocacy, rural initiatives, respite care, health outreach, Housing First, mental health services and substance abuse counseling, benifits aquisition and retention - BART, housing development, a pharmacy, 16th Street Mall Housing First, and so on. Generous giving such as contributing donations and financial support and gifts and other philanthropy make it possible to provide housing, educate, and create lasting solutions. Those who volunteer and advocate also make a difference. Our housing programs, using our Renaissance model, include Beacon Place, Forest Manor Apartments, Forum Apartments, Garfield Apartments, Lincoln Glenarm Apartments, Blue Spruce Townhomes, Civic Center Apartments, Concord Plaza, Loretto Heights, Lowry Boulevard, Off-Broadway Lofts, Xenia Village, and Ruth Goebel House. Our offices and health clinics are located in Denver. Our homepage is www.coloradocoalition.org.
